After graduating John Carroll University with a BA in Marketing and Economics Concentration, Carol worked as a field supervisor then was promoted into Advertising for BP America.
When BP America constricted it's American workforce in 1992, Carol took a voluntary separation package and an entrepreneurial grant from BP America and Started Chaney & Associates.
1992 to 1995
Initially Carol was trained by a Telecommunication Auditor in New Jersey and the first 3 years were focused on just that component.
Carol and her staff became experts in understanding Tariffs and the underlying structure of communications and how they are designed and delivered.

1996 to Present
As customers inquired about additional services, Carol was nimble in aligning Chaney with top quality carriers and industry experts.
Chaney now Represents more than 20 Carriers and provides Customer Service to their 5,000+ Customer Locations Internationally.
