Because we value long term relationships with our clients we expect the clients needs to be addressed every day, 24 X 7.  In order to ensure that level of service, we can break down responsibilities and commission into many layers.

Customer locating, Quotations, Sales, Installation Management, Post Installation Ongoing Support and other facets that arise.

We offer two standard levels of support for our agents with commission payments commensurate with the level of service we provide.

You provide 100% of all facets of the customer experience from locating them to post sales support.  This provides the largest financial payments to you, the Agent, but requires support staff or personal time commitments to meet our 24 X 7 support requirements.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, if all you want to do is spend your time pursuing new business, we can do all of the administrative and service work for you.  This offers the least financial payments to you, the Agent, but we have actually found that most prefer this arrangement so you can sell more while Chaney provides the retention element of the transaction.

However, just as we treat each client as a custom project, we can create a plan that suits your needs and plans combining any level of support that you want even on an account level basis.
