1992 to 1995
Initially Carol was trained by a Telecommunication Auditor in New Jersey and the first 3 years were focused on just that component. Carol and her staff became experts in understanding Tariffs and the underlying structure of communications and how they are designed and delivered.

As customers inquired about additional services, Carol was nimble in aligning Chaney with top quality carriers and industry experts. Chaney now Represents more than 20 Carriers and provides Customer Service to their 5,000+ Customer Locations Internationally.
